Function # 3.2.2: Definitions - Editing exam contents


Both the Site Administrator as well as the Super Administrator is able to edit the contents of exams.

In order to edit contents, the users must first sign in using their respective user name and pasword.

Editing subject details:

Note: This help file will only explain the process of editing subject details. To edit the details of subjects,tutorials and modules, follow these same steps.

#1. Click the required link from the tree menu on the left side of the page.

#2. Select the required course from the drop down menu and click 'Search'.

#3. Select the required record and click the 'Edit' button.

#4. Do the changes required and click 'Save' in order to make the changes permanent.

 

Function # 3.2.2.1: Definitions - Editing exams


The number of questions and the duration given for each exam can be changed as required.

Note: This chapter will be focusing mainly on changing the exam details of subjects. When changing the exam details of tutorials and modules, these same steps can be followed.

Editing exams:

#1. Select the required exam type from the tree menu.

    

#2. Select the required course from the drop down menu and click 'Search'.

    

#3. Select the required record and click on the 'Exam' link for that particular record.

    

#4. Click the 'Edit' button, in the subsequent page, in order to make the changes.

    

#5. Do the required changes and click 'Save' to make the changes permanent.
