Function # 3.2.3: Definitions - Deleting exam contents
The Site Administrator as well as the Super Administrator is able to delete the contents of exams.
In order to delete contents, the users must first sign in using their respective user name and pasword.
Special Note: In order to delete records, all dependant records must first be deleted. For example, when deleting a subject, it's exam and references must be deleted first.
Deleting subject details:
Note: This help file will only explain the process of deleting subject details. To delete the details of course,tutorials and modules, follow these same steps.
#1. Click the required link from the tree menu on the left side of the page.

#2. Select the required course from the drop down menu and click 'Search'.

#3. Select the required record and click the 'Delete' button. In order to delete the record, make sure that the depending records are deleted.

#4. Click 'OK' for the pop up message which appears.

Exam details for each section can be deleted.
Note: This chapter will be focusing mainly on deleting the exam details of subjects. When deleting the exam details of tutorials and modules, these same steps can be followed.
Deleting exams:
#1. Select the required exam type from the tree menu.

#2. Select the required course from the drop down menu and click 'Search'.

#3. Select the required record and click on the 'Exam' link for that particular record.

#4. Click the 'Delete' button, in the subsequent page.

#5. At this point, a pop up will appear, click 'OK' in order to delete the record.
