Function # 1.1 : Account Creation
In order for the users to gain access to the system, they must first create an account, using which they can login to the system thereafter.
1.1 Click on the "Register" link on the top right side of the page.
1.2 Enter in all the relevant information, in order to create the account and click on the "Create User" button.
Note: The user must provide a security question and answer to verify the account information. Therefore, it is prudent to enter a question which can be easily remembered but only something the user would know, in order to improve the security of the account.
1.3 If the account was created successfully, a window with a defalut message would appear. Click on the "Continue" button to proceed.
