Users of the System

  There are five types of users defined for the system.

• Super Admin (SuA)

The main difference between the Site Admin (SA) and the Super Admin (SuA) is that the super admin (SuA) is able to add tutors (T) as well as site administrators (SA) to the site, whereas the site admin (SA) is only able to add tutors (T). In addition, the super admin (SuA) does the membership management as well. The Super admin (SuA) is able to manipulate all aspects of the site.

• Site Admin (SA)

Able to control all aspects of the site except for user management

• Tutor (T)

Add, edit and delete questions - the tutor(T) able add examination questions

• Paid User (PU)

• Account creation – In order for the paid users (PU) to gain access to the system, they must first create an account, using which they can login to the system thereafter.
• Add, edit profile information – The paid user (PU) is able to add details of him/her self as well as change them as required. Paid user (PU) details could be name, address, phone number, email etc.
• Do exams- The paid users (PU) they can sit for all exams. That’s is, the practice exams, tutorial exams, module exams as well as for the final exam
• View Result history – the paid user (PU) is able to view a comprehensive history of the exams he/she sat for as well as the marks obtained
• Apply for membership – Paid Users (PU) can apply for membership upon successful completion of the relevant examination(s). The students can select the number of years, he/she wishes to be a member.

• Registered User (RU)

• Account creation – In order for the users (RU) to gain access to the system, they must first create an account, using which they can login to the system thereafter.
• Add, edit profile information – the user (RU) is able to add details of him/her self as well as change them as required. User (RU) details could be name, address, phone number, email etc.
• Do exams- the registered user (RU) is only able to do demo exams. A demo exam will give the user (RU) an idea of what the actual test process is going to look like. Therefore, a user (RU) can do as many demo exams as required
• View Result history – the user (RU) is able to view a comprehensive history of the exams he/she sat for as well as the marks obtained
