The features of the existing system is detailed below.

• Ability to define the course structure as required (the users can use the existing structure of: course>subject>tutorial>module. Or it can be customized to suit a different course structure).
• The site contains 5 user groups, each user type has functions unique to them.
• The site facilitates the use of references for the students. The references can be a link to another site or a word, excel, PowerPoint, pdf. document.
• The users can add any amount of questions.
• The user is able to stipulate the number of questions for each exam and its duration.
• The user can upload images, audio and video material (multimedia applications). These will be beneficial when used for trainings.
• The site can be used as a learning application or a training application with real time training, eliminating the use of a tutor/trainer to be physically present.
• Users (PU and RU) are able to manage and change their profile information.
• The site has a membership management function.
